Item Purchase Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item, including it’s packaging, must be in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase included with the return shipment. Special Orders are not eligible for returns. Items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.

Bike Purchase Returns

Bike purchases are not eligible for return unless they are in the same condition they were purchased in and are returned 14 days or less from purchase. Return shipping costs are not included. Bike returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.

Bike Rental Reservation Cancellations

100% refund will be granted to any cancellation made before 2 days of scheduled pickup time. 50% refund will be

granted to any cancellation made 1 or 2 days before the scheduled pickup time. NO refund will be given to any

cancellations made on the day of scheduled pick up time. Refunds will be given to any cancellations that have

been caused due to weather including: Rain, Thunderstorms, or Natural disasters. Not including: Low Temperatures,

High temperatures, or Wind.

RESERVATION RESCHEDULING

Rescheduling more than two days prior to reservation can be done at no charge. Rescheduling less than two days prior to reservation will result in a rescheduling fee equal to 20% of the original reservation. The rescheduled reservation will also be ineligible for a refund even if cancelled more than 2 days before new pick up day. 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it within two business days and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days depending on your card issuer’s policies, typically between 2 and 7 business days.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
