Felt Redemption e50

Redeem Your Legs

The Felt Redemption e50 is the end all be all for downhill riding while still having a full day for anything else! With its pedal-assist system, you can still climb the hardest trails in Park City and have enough energy for Park City Live after.

For the uninitiated, pedal-assist e-bikes help riders get to the top of the hill by increasing the amount of force in the rotor, and moving the chain faster than you normally would be able to. What this means is that the uphill on this bike is a breeze. It will get you to the top of the run quickly and efficiently. Its 10 speed drivetrain means you have plenty of gears to choose, for whatever terrain you find yourself in.

Now to the fun part: The downhill. The Redemption e-50 has got you covered there as well, with its 150mm of front/back suspension. This means it gobbles up anything you can throw at it, from small to large features. Its 65.25° head tube ankle means its plenty slack for the rough stuff, while still being fairly maneuverable. This thing is truly smooth, as its Rock Shox Deluxe R shock eats up the trail in style.

Felt Redemption e-50 - The Bottom Line

The Felt Redemption e-50 is one of the best e-assist bikes on the market, simply because of its versatility. With its Shimano STePS drivetrain and 10-speed drivetrain, it is a smooth and leisurely pedal to the top of the trail. During the downhill (and fun part), its 150mm of travel eats up every bump of the trail, making for a smooth experience. It tracks and rails the trail really well, and is incredibly fun to ride on both the up and downhill. If you are looking for a good e-bike option to get on the mountain, then the Felt Redemption e30 really is for you.
