Item Purchase Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item, including it’s packaging, must be in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase included with the return shipment.
Bike Purchase Returns
Bike purchases are not eligible for return unless they are in the same condition they were purchased in and are returned 14 days or less from purchase. Return shipping costs are not included.
Bike Rental Reservation Cancellations
Rental reservations take considerable time to prepare so we offer 80% of your reservation at refundable, for any reason, up-to 48 hours before arrival. Cancellations less 48 hours before arrival are non-refundable.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it within two business days and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days depending on your card issuer’s policies, typically between 2 and 7 business days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
